Mt. Siguniang
Triple Crown ( Da Feng, Er Feng, San Feng)
Trekking Mount Siguniang: Da Feng, Er Feng & San Feng Overview
Mount Siguniang, located in Rilong Town, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, is part of the Qionglai Mountains on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, approximately 200 kilometers from Chengdu. It features three prominent peaks—Da Feng (5,025m), Er Feng (5,276m), and San Feng (5,355m)—each offering a unique trekking experience.

Maximum Altitude
5,355 m
Trip Highlights
Da Feng (5,025m) is the most accessible and beginner-friendly summit. It’s ideal for trekkers with no prior mountaineering experience but a strong interest in snow-capped peaks. The climb typically spans 3 days round-trip from Chengdu, with a mature route, high safety standards, and full logistical support. Starting from Haizigou Valley, trekkers enjoy scenic alpine meadows and gradual elevation gain.
Er Feng (5,276m) presents a moderate challenge, suitable for those with basic fitness and some exposure to altitude. The trail is steeper and more demanding than Da Feng, offering expansive views of the Siguniang range and a rewarding summit panorama.
San Feng (5,355m) is the most advanced of the three, recommended for experienced trekkers. The ascent involves snowfields, scree, and variable conditions, requiring good physical conditioning and mental resilience. Though non-technical, it may call for gear like crampons depending on the season.
